It is designed to protect our faculty’s intellectual property. Faculty should feel free to share these terms and conditions with interested companies. Please note that the agreement is not valid until signed by the authorized officials of both parties.

MODEL MATERIAL TRANSFER AGREEMENT
These agreements contain the standard terms and conditions under which the University will share research material developed by its faculty. They are designed to protect our faculty’s intellectual property. Faculty should feel free to share these terms and conditions with interested colleagues. Please note that these agreements are not valid until signed by the authorized officials of both parties. One agreement is designed for use when sharing material with colleagues at other higher education institutions. The other is designed for sharing materials with the commercial sector.

MODEL AGREEMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL SPONSORSHIP OF RESEARCH
This agreement contains the standard terms and conditions under which the University enters into agreements or contracts with the private sector. University faculty may share this model agreement with potential sponsors. Please note, however, that no agreement is valid without the signatures of the authorized officials of both parties. Standard University policies regarding internal approvals, budgeting and so on apply.
