Our technology transfer agreements help ensure mutually-beneficial relationships between UVM and its licensing partners.

We invite you to download, review, and share the following sample agreements that contain our standard terms and conditions. Please note that we will modify these documents as needed and provide final versions for your signature. Each agreement becomes valid when signed by authorized officials of both parties.

License Agreement

Enables the private sector to license and commericalize UVM technologies.

Confidentiality Agreement

Enables the private sector to enter into discussions that disclose proprietary or confidential information from UVM.

Material Transfer Agreements

Commercial Sector: Enables the commerical sector to share materials with UVM researchers.

Higher Education: Enables colleagues at other higher education institutions to share materials with UVM researchers.

Academic Research Services Agreement

Enables private companies and other constituencies to take advantage of specialized research services from UVM.

Industrial Sponsorship of Research Agreement

Enables the private sector to sponsor research by UVM investigators.
