TODD KEILLER, Director of Technology Transfer
Todd S. Keiller offers thirty years of experience in licensing, business development, and marketing. His work in the industrial sector has included 
ten years in the Science and Medical Products divisions of Corning Glass Works and encompassed a variety of sales, marketing, and business development roles.
Todd’s fourteen years of academic licensing experience includes the position of Vice President for Ventures at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He has additional licensing experience in a variety of scientific fields.
Todd is the founder of six companies. The most recent are CorAutus (formerly Vascular Genetics, Inc.), a publicly-traded gene therapy company, and Tolerance Pharmaceuticals, a diagnostic and therapeutic company recently acquired by Roche and focusing on transplantation and immunosuppression.
In 1998, Todd joined the University of Vermont and assisted the College of Medicine in technology affairs. In 1999, he was appointed Director of Technology Transfer for the entire University.
Todd holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business Administration.

KERRY SWIFT, Associate Director of Technology Transfer
Kerry Swift assists Todd Keiller in the management of technology transfer initiatives and supports Ruth Farrell at UVM's Office of Sponsored Programs 
in industry-related research activities.
Kerry brings to the University of Vermont experience in negotiating a wide variety of industry agreements with both large companies and startup firms. Prior to joining UVM, Kerry served for six years in the M.I.T. Technology Licensing Office. She holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Tufts University and is a magna cum laude biochemistry graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
Beyond her professional interests, Kerry is an outdoor enthusiast and a regular participant in the Head of the Charles and other rowing events.

AMY PARRY, Business Manager
Amy Parry manages the administrative and financial operations of our business office.
Amy joined the UVM staff three years ago, serving on the ERP PeopleSoft Implementation Team under the direction of the Vice President for Finance and Administration. Before coming to OTT in 2007, she served as Business Manager for the Biology Department.
Throughout her career, Amy has implemented accounting and technical solutions to maximize the efficiency of business operations within government and educational facilities.
She has traveled all over NewEngland providing applications support,training, and project management for accounting software. She also served for many years as a Staff Accountant for a Hill Associates, a telecommunication and technology consultant firm.
Amy attended Champlain College where she studied Business Administration and Accounting.
She lives in Essex Junction with her two children, Ethan and Jenna. When not watching her children play sports she likes to travel and play sports herself.
